Post-operative rehabilitation following meniscal surgery

When meniscal injuries require surgery, it is usually performed arthroscopically. The goals after surgery are to reduce pain and edema (swelling), restore knee mobility, increase lower limb muscle strength, improve knee joint stability, and reintegrate the patient into normal and sports activities.
