In what situations do we need your data?
We need to use your personal and health data so that we can provide the requested service.
The processing of your basic personal data (such as your name and contact details) is necessary for booking appointments, providing the service you need and sending clinical information related to the services provided. The provision of services constitutes the legal basis for the processing of your basic personal data.
Your health data refers to information about your state of health (information about diagnosis/treatment and its assessment). Providing a diagnosis/treatment is the legal basis for the processing of your health data.
If you are in an extreme situation that poses a threat to your life while you are in one of our clinics, we will use your personal data to preserve your health and well-being to protect your vital interests.

Quality control
We believe it is crucial to learn from less positive and unintentional episodes that occur in our clinics. We record and analyze all incidents (including avoided incidents) and episodes that may cause health and safety-related harm. We limit this processing of user data to the extent necessary and, as a rule, do not use personally identifiable data.
We carry out all the above operations based on our legitimate interest in understanding how we can improve the quality of our services.
During your relationship with Physioclem, we collect your data through:

To providing our service, we ask you to provide us with your basic personal data (especially data related to your identification), your payment details, and your health data (particularly information about your health status). If you decide to share previous medical images or reports for our use, we will store and process them in our systems for your medical diagnosis/treatment. If you voluntarily provide contact information for your friends or family members, this data will only be used when we are unable to contact you or in case of an emergency.
We collect personal data through third parties in the following circumstances:
- If you are referred to our clinic by a service provider, we consult that person or entity to ascertain your health status and/or treatment, if this proves to be the most appropriate way to provide you with the best service.
- If the medical diagnosis and/or medical treatment we provide to you is paid for by an insurer (public or private).
When we provide a medical diagnosis/treatment, we are generating health data about you. As a healthcare provider, Physioclem is required by law to carefully document the service provided to you.
how long do we store your personal data?
Physioclem stores your personal data for the period necessary to provide the service and comply with its professional, tax, accounting, and other legal obligations.
When our obligation to store your personal data ends, we delete your data or anonymize it. Anonymization is a process carried out on personal data (or a set of personal data) that makes it permanently impossible to identify the data subject. Physioclem will not delete or anonymize your data if an alternative legal basis for retaining it is identified, for example, Physioclem's legitimate interest in responding to complaints. If this is the case, we will contact you.
with whom do we share your personal data?
During your relationship with Physioclem, we may share your personal data with four types of recipients: (1) other entities within the Physioclem Group, (2) our service providers, (3) independent third parties, and (4) people with whom you request us to share your personal data.
(1) The availability of your medical history may facilitate the provision of the services you request from Physioclem. For this reason, Physioclem may consult your medical history held by other legal entities belonging to the Physioclem Group.
(2) Physioclem uses service providers (known as subcontractors) who assist in the processing of the personal data we receive and generate (e.g. medical professionals, medical and financial software and hardware suppliers, paper document archiving service providers). Subcontractors act on behalf of Physioclem in accordance with the instructions set out. We only share your personal data to the extent strictly necessary.
(3) We share your personal data with third parties (i.e., independent recipients) in the following circumstances:

We seek to ensure that best security practices are implemented to keep your personal data safe from loss or misuse, as well as unauthorized access or transmission.

Right to request access to your personal data. This means that you have the right to know that your data is being processed and that you have the right to access your personal data processed by us and to receive information about what Physioclem does with your personal data.

Right to request erasure of your personal data. This means that you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data in specific circumstances if there are no legal grounds for retaining it.
