Thoracic spondylosis (osteoarthritis of the vertebral joints)
Vertebral osteoarthritis is defined as a state of progressive deterioration of the spinal joints, characterized by erosion of the articular cartilage and new bone formation at the joint margins, known as osteophytes (bone spurs). These may cause pain, stiffness, and limitation of mobility.
