Symptoms referred from the cervical spine, shoulder or elbow
It is important to consider that some pain felt in the hand or wrist region may actually originate from distant structures, such as the cervical spine, shoulder or elbow, and be referred to the hand through muscular or neural structures.
It is therefore essential to carry out a differential diagnosis using physical tests that help identify which structure is the source of the symptoms.
